Konstantin Schober
Founder and CEO
Konstantin founded Conclave in 2020 and is the firm’s CEO. Prior to founding Conclave, Konstantin served as head of M&A at SWARCO, the world’s leading traffic technology group.
He started his career in wealth and asset management at Bank Gutmann.
Konstantin holds an MA from the University of Oxford and received an MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
